Warranty and Return Policy

Easy Figure International is an Authorized Distributor for Zepter International USA. All Zepter products sold are new and come with their own specific warranty as set forth by Zepter policy and honored by Zepter International USA warehouse located in North Bergen, New Jersey:

Bioptron products have a one year limited warranty from the purchase day. VacSy Vacuum Food Storage Systems have a 18 month warranty. Zepter Cookware products have a limited lifetime warranty which does not apply to Thermo-Control Knobs or the pot handle insulators; the latter have a 90 day warranty. All other Zepter products except for consumables are honored with a one year limited warranty.

Seller’s Zepter Cookware LIMITED WARRANTY is described as follows:,

a. The purchased products will not be faulty in design and will be manufactured using suitable materials meeting all lawfully required specifications;

b. The purchased products will be fit for use as cookware orf otherwise for the specific purpose for which they have been designed;

c. Zepter will repair or replace or repair all defective rubber, plastic, wood and electrical parts for the warranty period following the date of purchase at no additional charge to customer.

1. The Buyer must contact Easy Figure International in writing at the email address above in the event of any claim which Buyer wishes to bring under the warranty. Any claim must include the purchase order number (e.g. EFI-1234) and the shipping invoice received along with the merchandise. Easy Figure International may settle the claim by, at its sole option, either (i) repairing the malfunctioning item, or (ii) replacing it entirely, or (iii) creating the credit of the customer for other purchases from Easy Figure International, or (iv) refunding the original purchase price. Both Zepter International’s liability and that of its Easy Figure International are limited to the terms of the LIMITED WARRANTY. Once the Buyer complies with the requirements to exercise their right under the Limited Warranty for a specific product, Easy Figure International will respond within 5 working days via email to the Buyer with a return product invoice number and address to return the product along with the advise of the Buyer regarding the company’s procedures and expected time frame for warranty issue resolutions.

2. The LIMITED WARRANTY does not apply to (a) any purchase products damaged or rendered inoperative as a result of accident, misuse or abuse, (b) any purchased products that have not been cared for according to the instructions supplied with them, or (c) any purchased products used in commercial purposes.

3. The LIMITED WARRANTY also does not cover any shipping expenses. After the initial 30 days of purchase, the Buyer shall be responsible for paying the shipping expenses of the purchased products which are the subject of the claim and the shipping expenses of any replacement products shipped by the Seller to the Buyer.

4. Any warranties delivered to the Buyer by the Zepter or Easy Figure International or otherwise by this contract are LIMITED WARRANTIES only. By placing an order on the website the customer acknowledges and agrees with the terms and conditions herein.

5. EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THIS AGREEMENT ZEPTER OR EASY FIGURE INTERNATIONAL GIVES NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED AS TO DESCRIPTION QUALITY MERCHANTABILITY FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR OF ANY OTHER KIND. SELLER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE LOSS OR EXPENSE (including consequential damages) BY REASON OF BUYER’S USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PURCHASED ITEMS PROPERLY.

6. THIS DOCUMENT STATES THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE BUYER AND EASY FIGURE INTERNATIONAL. THIS AGREEMENT CANNOT BE CHANGED BY ANY CONVERSATIONS BETWEEN THE BUYER AND EITHER EASY FIGURE INTERNATIOINAL OR ZEPTER INTERNATIONAL. ANY CHANGE OR ANY ADDITIONAL AGREEMENTS MUST BE IN WRITING AND AGREED TO BY BOTH THE BUYER AND THE SELLER.

7. In case of refused or delivery exceptions resulting in the product order being returned to the Zepter warehouse, the Buyer will be charged a fee of 5% of the total purchased price as compensation for additional shipping and handling expenses incurred by either Easy Figure International and/or Zepter International USA.

8. The Buyer pays the costs of shipping and handling on all orders except when offered in writing with original order as FREE SHIPPING. The delivery is considered complete as of the date shipped. The merchandise is shipped with insurance coverage. Should any damage occur in transportation or if the Buyer wishes to claim that the merchandise shipped does not conform to the terms of this agreement, the Easy Figure International needs to be notified by email about the nature and extent of any such damage or non-conformity within five consecutive days of receipt of merchandise.

9. Should the agreement be cancelled by Seller for any reason, Buyer is obliged to pay a cancellation fee in amount of 15% of the total price plus the shipping and insurance for the returned product, except for a cancellation by the Buyer in accordance with warranty issues. This applies to products that are resalable, not used and returned in the original packaging of the manufacturer. Easy Figure International and Zepter International sell only new, unused products packaged in their original boxes by the Zepter factories located throughout Europe. If a product has been opened, used or the original packaging has been destroyed, under no circumstances will Easy Figure International or Zepter International be obligated to makes a refund of the payments made by the Buyer or change the conditions of the sales agreement.

10. All merchandise is sold as seen in samples or brochures. However, deviations in shape, color, decoration, surface, stamp and packaging may be made from time to time without notice at the discretion of the manufacturer. Accordingly, the material contents description refers to the essential parts of the product only
